Meet the Team

 

Form Teacher - Mrs O’Donnell

 We have Form time every morning until 9:15. During Form we run through what is happening that day and any changes to our usual routine.  We also have the opportunity to discuss any current issues we have heard on a local and national level that have appeared in the news. Pupils also use this time to practice their reading with a staff member and change their library book if necessary.

We have a double lesson of Personal Development every Friday which the pupils thoroughly enjoy and look forward to each week. This session allows us the opportunity to develop our independent  and social skills. It also enables us to take advantage of all our local area has to offer and spend time in nature working as a team to complete a range of tasks.

Ultimately, Personal Development supports pupils in becoming respectful, confident, and empathetic individuals. It helps them to develop the interpersonal tools they need to navigate a wide range of social settings—at school, at home, and in the wider world. 

Our staff team are very much looking forward to working with families as our pupils work hard completing their second year at Crosby High
